Client Overview:
Quid is a leader in consumer and market intelligence, offering cutting-edge tools for data analysis and insights. However, their branding and messaging were not fully aligned with the innovative capabilities of their platform, creating a disconnect with their target audience.

Challenge:
Quid needed a comprehensive rebrand to better reflect the sophistication and power of their platform. Additionally, they required a modern, scalable communications platform to support the rebrand and improve user experience across marketing and sales channels.

Idea:

We worked with Quid and our colleagues at exposure to develop an upgraded communications platform, centered on a complete rebrand that better showcased their expertise. Our focus was on creating a new brand identity and implementing a seamless digital infrastructure to enhance their market presence.

Execution:

  • Rebrand:
    We developed a new brand identity, including tone of voice (TOV) guidelines and a modern visual identity. This aligned NetBase Quid’s branding with their innovative platform, ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Website Redesign & Build:
    We completely redesigned the Quid website, focusing on improved user experience, navigation, and functionality. The new website included updated copy and content, optimised to reflect the brand’s new identity.
  • Sales Toolkit:
    To empower their sales team, we created a comprehensive toolkit that included branded assets, templates, and sales collateral, ensuring their messaging was consistent and impactful during client interactions.
  • Brand Launch Comms Campaign:
    We planned and executed a brand launch communications campaign to introduce the new identity to Quid’s customers, stakeholders, and the wider market.

Platform:

The replatforming process included migrating to HubSpot (CMS and CRM) to streamline operations and improve marketing and sales capabilities. Integrations with tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and more were implemented to enhance efficiency across departments.
