INTRODUCTION

Samsung, a global leader in technology, sought an innovative way to engage and train their ambassadors for the launch of its flagship Galaxy handset.

The brief

Samsung wanted to rethink traditional training methods, creating a dynamic and immersive solution that would engage their tech-savvy ambassadors while effectively educating them on the new features of the flagship Galaxy handset.

Our Approach

We developed a free-roaming 3D training experience based on the internal structure of the phone, immersing ambassadors in a virtual environment  of the Galaxy handset. This gamified, interactive platform was designed to captivate users and provide a deeper understanding of the product.

The training experience was built using Unity and optimised for browser access, requiring no downloads. Samsung launched the experience through a dedicated microsite, supported by a targeted marketing campaign to drive participation and engagement.

The 3D training experience was a major success, engaging over 2k ambassadors. The initiative achieved a 99% registration response rate and increased product knowledge by 84%, setting a new standard for Samsung's virtual training programs.
